We stopped for lunch at IHOP in Kansas.

"L" was our waiter. I told Eva, Rebekah and Erica that I wanted to ask this 22 year old about his tattoos and the huge scar on his scalp. L told us how he got drunk and got one of his tattoos and woke up with four lines of the word "HA" repeated over and over again on his arm. The scar was from a surgery as a young boy due to his soft spot closing too soon and causes all kinds of issues.

I asked him "Have you ever heard of Jesus?"
L: Yes, I am Mormon! 

He told us how his life changed. How he didn't believe anything before that but Mormon missionaries came and knocked on his door.

As he walked away, I told the girls....see, you have Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses knocking....WE GOTTA KNOCK:)

So TT went knocking:) I shared with him and how Jesus warned their would be false prophets that come after him. I talked about Joseph Smith coming 1800 years after Christ and Mohammad 600 years after. 

I asked if he had a Bible and he said he did, but it was "customized." We gave me an un-customized version that I had in my bag....it has colored out the Romans Road and he really liked it. I showed him that all had sinned and that it is by GRACE that you have been saved.

I encouraged him that he could leave Mormonism and ask God what the truth is. He told us how, even before we came in, he was starting to doubt Mormonism. So glad we knocked at just the right time. 

Please pray for L that him and his wife will come to know Jesus....the real Jesus and the real gospel.

We must knock Christians....because if we don't....there are other L's having others show up at their door with something that seems close to Jesus, but so far off.

We made it to Colorado!
